Exchange Policy Questions

We happily accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags, netting, and box).
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The wig has not been worn, combed, cut, washed, or styled in any way.
• You have contacted us for authorization before returning the product.
Note: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been tried on, worn, or removed from their original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or not quite what you ordered - don’t worry! Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
• your order number
• once verified we will make it right with a replacement, no stress.

Some items are final sale, including:

• Custom or color-customized wigs
• Clearance, final-sale items or deals.
• Wigs showing signs of wear or alteration.
• Items without original packaging

1. Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions (including the return address).
3. Ship the item(s) using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Once the supplier confirms receipt and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Changed your mind right after ordering?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be processed and can’t be cancelled.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends.
